Tell us your restaurant’s name and what you were trying to do. If you can, add a screenshot.
Dinesty Host is by invitation. A restaurant’s owner invites the team from Settings ▸ Team & permissions. Each invite is a link sent by email. Follow the link to set up your sign-in.
An invite link works once and lasts 14 days. If yours has expired, ask the owner to send a new one.
There’s no sign-up inside the app. If your restaurant wants to start using Dinesty Host, write to support@dinestyapp.com.
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and follow the steps. We’ll email you a link to set a new password.
If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then write to support@dinestyapp.com.
Signed in, but the app says “No restaurant access”? You’re not on a restaurant’s team yet. Ask the owner to invite you.
